Seven traditional, stone built villas, situated in the cosmopolitan tourist resort of Platanias, close to the picturesque town of Chania, form the Platanias Villa complex. Each villa has two, three or four bedrooms, a garden and terraces while their are fully equipped with all modern facilities to provide a comfortable and luxury accommodation to its guests. Special feature of these villas is their swimming pools which in some are semi- indoor, semi- outdoor creating a unique and romantic atmosphere!
The villas stand only 700m away from the center of Platanias, with numerous restaurants, shops and night life and really close to a blue flag, beautiful sandy beach.

Villa Artemis
The ground floor consists of a stylish living room, a dining area with a fireplace, an indoor BBQ and a fully fitted kitchen. Special feature of the villa is the semi-indoor semi -outdoor private pool which creates a romantic and unique atmosphere. The villa has two ensuite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.
Villa Zeus, Villa Ifaistos
Exactly the same as Villa Artemis but with an extra double en suite bedroom on the first floor.
Villa Hermes
On the ground level there is a living room with a fireplace and indoor BBQ, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a single room and a WC. Three double bedrooms are on the upper level , all en suite with hydro massage cabins and balcony overlooking the garden. Highlight of this villa is its indoor swimming pool providing absolute privacy!
Villa Afroditi
Villa Afroditi is the same as Villa Hermes, but with a twin bedroom on the ground floor instead than a single.
Villa Dimitra, Villa Athina.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace and indoor BBQ, a dining area, a kitchen and two double bedrooms en suite with bathtubs. The first floor offers another two double bedrooms en suite with tubs and a balcony overlooking the garden.These villas have a semi- indoor semi- outdoor swimming pool.
The villas stand on beautiful lawn gardens with the colourful flowers and trees. There are furnished outdoor areas to relax and sun beds by the pool to enjoy the sun. Each of the Platanias Villa has a private parking spot while the guests are welcome if they like to visit a gym nearby and workout for free.
A nice blue flag, sandy beach is 700m away and so is the center of Platanias which has many cafeterias, restaurants, shops and bars.

Fantastic villa complex of 6 villas with gorgeous grounds
feels super peaceful and secluded while being 10min walk from Platania’s main road full of restaurants, shops etc. We found it very easily and the property manager Stelios was there to receive and and was fully available to us for questions. Ideal for large groups or families, we were a party of 5 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable, every bedroom is huge, and each has a private bathroom. Also had private parking for each villa (2 cars). The kids loved using the pool every afternoon after the beach (Platanias beach is also fantastic). Cleaners came every 3rd or 4th day which we very much appreciated, not all Airbnbs offer this. All in all a great stay :)

Amazing Airbnb!
We had treats coming into the property that were a really nice gesture. The host is always available and the properties are beautiful. You can walk from the property to the town (and beach) in about 10 minutes! The nights are wonderful, people all over the streets walking and enjoying the endless restaurants and stores. We were two families with a total of six kids and felt like we had more space than needed, the pool was an absolute hit with the kiddos and for the parents you have plenty of near by groceries, restaurants and companies offering excursions. Chania is about 20 minutes away, the nights at the old port are a MUST. We highly recommend this property!

Our wonderful, comfortable home in Crete.
This is our 2nd year at these amazing villas. They are perfectly located in the country but a 10min walk to the main shops/restaurants/beach. The villas are spacious and well maintained. The maintenance man does an amazing job at keeping everything looking prefect. We had a problem with the air conditioning one night and he came out at 9pm to fix it…a really friendly guy. Efi (our contact in Crete) is a lovely lady who responded to all messages immediately, plus came to the villa to check everything was all ok. Pre arrival Antonis was great to deal with, replying immediately and answering all questions. We will definitely be returning to these villas.

We (2 families) had a lovely stay in the villa. It was set out beautifully and arranged so that you could relax in the outside space without being overlooked. The kids particularly liked the pool area. The Greek salads and sandwiches were a lovely treat on arrival. It's worth bringing your own washing up liquid/sponge etc as these aren't provided.

The villa is absolutely beautiful
The villa is absolutely beautiful, just like in the pictures. 4 spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Beautiful pool. It was a nice touch that we were provided a lunch upon arrival and a bottle of wine. Plenty of parking space. Easy walk to the town but at night we preferred to drive as the road is pretty dark. The villas are slightly outside of the town. I would like to suggest for the host to provide simple necessities like laundry detergent, shower gel, salt, pepper and olive oil. Some of it was provided upon request but we were told that it is not normally included. We had a wonderful time in Crete and enjoyed our stay at the villa.

This was a wonderful place to stay!
We were a large group of 8 that were easily accommodated and helped throughout our vacation! We stayed for about 5 days and loved every second of it. The house was gorgeous with enough bedrooms, balconies, and bathroom for privacy even as we were sharing the space. The pool was SO necessary and was clean along with pool towels for us to use. The property is near Platanias city center and we easily took the bus to Agia Marina or Chania’ s old town with minimal walking! Getting cabs to come to the correct place was a small problem we had but we’re about to manage easily during the trip! We STRONGLY recommend anyone interested stay here!

Great Location, Beautiful Villa
With a large family (Mum & Dad plus 5 kids) we always stay in a Villa wherever we go on holiday given hotels just don't work for such a large group and our holiday in Crete was no exception, party of 8 with extended family now that my 2 eldest are at Uni. The villa is a short walk to Platanias although too hot to do so during the day and the access road is unlit at night so a hire car a must, plus you'll want to visit Chania (beautiful, Venetian trading port dating back to 1320) and the surrounding area. Villa itself is a very spacious, comfortable with an "in/out" pool which the kids absolutely loved. My only criticism, that I shared with the owners, was that you have an indoor BBQ with no BBQ tools, an indoor pizza oven with no pizza peel, and indoor fire with no logs, a kitchen with a tiny 2 slice toaster (for 8 people) and kitchen cupboards with no spices/condiments and a grand total of 1 dishwasher tablet and no washing powder which, as a veteran villa renter was disappointing.
