First time in Crete so first time staying at this fabulous property. Well...where to start? The great position ...the superb villa...the owner...first off we had a hire car which made things spontaneous but we did, on the suggestion of the owner, have a superb taxi driver. The position was ...well..again..just far enough away from things that gave us a feeling of being alone enough to enjoy our own company. The property is so well equipped I’m not sure we missed anything. The pool of course was such an attraction it was hard to choose beach or pool ! We had the pleasure of Konstantinos Katikakis to call upon for a lift to Rethymno for some great evenings eating....the most hospitable taxi man there is. Mind you just around the corner is a great little bar... great beer! I might have forgotten the owners...so helpful. We never had a problem but I’m confident if there were one they would have had things put right straight away. We’re going back next year......
