A 7 bedroom, seafront villa situated in the area of Tersanas, close to the picturesque town of Chania.
Villa Peninsula stands on a 2.500sqm plot of land, on an idyllic spot next to the sea, providing amazing, panoramic views of the sparkling blue waters. The villa has a private swimming pool, is surrounded by a colourful garden while also has access to the sea via a small path.

THE SPACE
Inside the villa
The lower/ pool level consists of a living room with a 3D TV and a home cinema, a kitchenette, a double bedroom en suite and a fitness room with its own bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor you come acroos the main living room with a fireplace and a 3D TV, a dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities. This floor also features two double bedrooms. Each room has a balcony and en suite bathroom with a shower. A third bedroom is also on this level, with twin beds that can convert into a double and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The upper floor has another two bedrooms, a double with a veranda and a twin with a walk in closet. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. From an external entrance you reach the master bedroom wich has a shower bathroom, a fireplace and a shaded terrace.
All bedrooms have Satellite Plasma- screen TVs.

Outside the villa
Villa Peninsula features a 60sqm private pool with sun beds and umbrellas as well as a lawn garden with flowers, herbs and trees. A small path leads to the rocks and sea, where you can dive in privacy and swim in the crystal clear waters.
You will also find a barbeque available, a shaded area with sofas and an outdoor dining area where you can gather around with friends or family to have a nice dinner.
You can also choose to visit one of the beaches in the area (Tersanas, Kalathas, Stavros) which are a few minutes away by car.
