Villa Olive Sun is a brand newly built villa located at Gouves within 20 minutes from Heraklion airport combining privacy and close distance drive to the most attractions. It consists of 8 bedrooms all en-suite and it can accommodate up to 16 guests in total.

The villa is designed from the owners with calm earth colors and stylish decor with high standards. It is spread on a plot of 4400 sqm with olive trees and it is also friendly for disabled persons.

The villa consists of two main buildings. As you step into the first building there is an open plan area with a living room, a dining room for 16 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

On this building there are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, one with a King size bed and one with two twin beds, both with en-suite bathroom.

The second building has also two levels. The ground level has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom is specially designed for disabled guests with a double size bed. On the first level there are two bedrooms with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed, all of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Outside the living room area is a huge swimming pool with a furnished terrace and a BBQ area, ideal spot to spend your holidays. The property is also surrounded by a garden with local olive trees and a lawn garden next to the pool.

The swimming pool of 125 sqm with a children`s pool of 20 sqm welcomes you to cool down during hot days in the summer, while the modern outside sun loungers can help you on your tan.

A sitting area and a dining table are also available for use.

    We stayed in the house for a whole week,four families . The house was neat ,clean, and was extra at the highest level. We really enjoyed the pool , the music and the outside kitchen. Around the property , with good accessibility...mini-markets ,restaurants and beaches.
