The surrounding landscaping is ideal for outside dining with 2 BBQ areas and a pizza oven. It is also only a 5 minutes’ walk away from the finest sandy beach of Almyros and a 5 min drive to the center of town.

As you enter the villa there is a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside the living room there is a shaded balcony that overlooks the pool and offers beautiful views of the town of Agios Nikolaos.

Stairs lead to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms. One master with a double king-size bed, en suite shower bathroom and a balcony with superb views of the town, and two more, one double and one twin, which share a bathroom with a tub.

From the living room stairs also lead down to the ground floor which has access to the terrace , the pool and garden. On this level there is an open plan area with a second kitchen, sitting and dining area. Also there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. These 2 bedrooms have a sharing bathroom with a shower.
Outside you will find a pool with sun loungers , a lawn area with a rock garden, flowers and trees and a sitting area under a pergola. On a separate area also with lawn there is a BBQ with a wood oven where you can prepare a tasty meal for your loved ones.

    What an absolutely lush stay we had at this Villa. Jenny and her husband were amazing hosts and fonts of local knowledge. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and beautiful. Comfortable beds. Glorious outdoor eating and sitting areas. Wonderful pool. Very family friendly. I could go on and on!
