Villa Kalydon is a brand-new villa located at the village of Havgas, a few minutes from the Island of Spinalonga and the traditional village of Plaka.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms en-suite and can accommodate up to 8 guests with panoramic views of the sea and the Island of Spinalonga with its massive outside patio.

The major advantage of the interior of the villa is the layout, as it is built on one level with an interior area of 235 sqm. As you enter the villa, you can find an open space area with the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a comfortable sofa for 10 guests and the dining area with large opening windows offering panoramic and infinity view to the sea as well the Island of Spinalonga.

An isle leads to the four bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite with shower and double beds and two of the bedrooms have private bathroom with shower and double beds. All four bedrooms have big opening windows with front access to the swimming pool.

Outside the main living area is a huge terrace with a 50 sqm infinity pool, offering breathtaking views of the sea and Spinalonga Island. Modern comfy sun loungers, a shaded dining area and a BBQ spot area next to the swimming pool where you can relax enjoying your food and drink.

The house is surrounded by gardens with and trees and flowers and there is a parking space for 3 cars next to the main entrance.
