Villa David id a split-level residence into 3 different levels. The ground floor consists of an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sitting area of comfortable sofas and a dinning area for 10 guests. On this level there is a double bedroom and a WC.

A staircase leads to the first floor where a double bedroom and a bunk-bed bedroom for children are located. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. The lower level has another 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a single bed with a sharing bathroom with shower.
Villa David has a spacious and lovely outdoor area. As you step outside of the living room there is a swimming pool surrounded by big lawn garden with sunbeds and umbrellas. A BBQ area is under a pergola with a dining table and chairs as well a shaded area with sitting area.
