With a cozy living area of 45 sqm and an expansive 150 sqm outdoor space, Villa Anthos offers a unique blend of indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. The villa`s design ensures a perfect escape, with its private swimming pool and inviting spaces, all while providing guests with breathtaking views of the Cretan countryside.

The villa’s open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and comfort. The space is furnished with a plush sofa and a 32’’ Smart TV, offering satellite channels for your entertainment. From here, guests can step outside directly to the pool terrace, which offers a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with modern appliances, providing all the essentials to prepare your meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area for four guests, perfect for intimate meals or leisurely breakfasts.
Villa Anthos features one elegantly appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable environment throughout your stay. A modern bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the space, offering all the amenities for a relaxing stay.

Step outside and discover your private oasis. The 10 sqm outdoor swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the Cretan landscape. Surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol, this area is ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a good book by the water.
For a more relaxed outdoor experience, Villa Anthos offers an outdoor shower to cool off after a dip in the pool. A charcoal BBQ is also available for guests who enjoy cooking outdoors, with a dining table that comfortably seats up to four guests. A ceiling fan in the dining area ensures you can dine in comfort, even during the warm summer months. The villa also offers a parking space for added convenience.
The swimming pool can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump for an additional cost from May 1st to 15th, and from September 10th through the end of November with a pool temperature set at 27-28°C depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 3 days` advance notice for this facility and the minimum usage period is 3 days.
Villa Anthos is part of the Olympia Villas Complex, which includes three villas: Villa Anthos (1 bedroom, 2 guests), Villa Alya (4 bedrooms, 9 guests), and Villa Fos (3 bedrooms, 8 guests). For larger groups, multiple villas can be booked together for a seamless stay.
