The Olive Tree Villa is a brand new, minimalistic villa built in 2022.This luxurious residence is situated on a privileged spot, just outside of Elounda with sea views to Elounda Gulf.
It can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and offers a range of facilities, modern appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa has a large outdoor area, with a well-kept lawn garden, swimming pool, BBQ area for its guests.

The interior area of the villa is 140sqm interior area and is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings, facing east can allow the sun in the house , overlooking the pool and garden and offer stunning views to the gulf of Elounda. The living room has a fireplace, a sitting area with comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a range of modern appliances where you can prepare breakfast or dinner for your loved ones. On this level there are is double sofa bed for the additional 2 guests staying at the property as well a bathroom with toilet.
On the upper floor there are two master en-suite bedrooms. Each one has a queen size bed, and its own bathroom. These rooms have access to a patio with sitting area and amazing views to the sea. Both rooms offer TVs and air conditioning.
The 20sqm private pool welcomes you to cool down during a hot summer day, while on the modern and comfy sun loungers you can work on your tan! And if this is not enough to make you relax, you may also spend some time in the outdoor fire pit BBQ that will definitely help you unwind from the stress and feel revived!
The villa is a part of 3 villas complex, with two of the villas belonging to the owners.

Everything was perfect - comfy beds, good showers, nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen with lots of welcome goodies. The pool and sunken seating area were well used and maintained to a high standard. Hosts were really lovely and super helpful any time we needed to ask them anything. They also own a hotel and waterfront restaurant down in Elounda called The Blue Sea - definitely worth a visit. All in all as good a place you will find anywhere in Crete. Thanks for a great stay!

- first of all, brothers who own and rent the villa are outstanding hosts solving every question and being amazingly hospitable. Fast and clear answers through whatsapp -very well furnished and equipped (good selection of kitchenware, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing tools etc....) Lots of towels, extra pillows, shampoos, soaps, body cream etc.... -they hand over the villa with wide selection of grocery essentials -villa itself is very modern, clean and quite expensively furnished and equipped. It also has cooling and heating system in every room -the yard of the villa is nice with quite a large pool, 2 seating areas, 4 sun loungers and a small area with grass. The Olive Tree Villa Elounda is a simply a magical place to stay. Highest quality furnishing and fittings. Breath taking views from the property out to sea. Safe and in a quiet location. The hosts were always available for any issues and gave great suggestions on places to eat and visit. We were welcomed with Wine, Water, Fruit, Tea, Coffee, Beer and a veritable larder of local foods. VERY appreciated! It's an easy 5 minute drive to the beautiful port of Elounda that is packed with Restaurants, Bars and locally run shops. Free parking so you can leave the car all day. Fantastic Villa with amazing hosts!
The Olive Tree Villa is an exceptional property with outstanding hosts. The owner, Nikos, could not have been more helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The villa is nicely elevated with great views over the village of Elounda and with easy access to Plaka and Agios Nikolaos. It's a very modern villa with all the amenities and the photos just don't do it justice. There have been some comments about the location, but for us it was ideal. One of our party had recently broken their leg so we got taxis into Elounda, however, the taxis were very frequent (we never waited more than 5 mins) and were quite cheap. You can also walk down to the village centre if you want (ca.15 mins walk). If you were much closer to the village you wouldn't get the great views or the swimmings.

This is a lovely villa just above Elounda.
New and very well designed and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Our flight arrived very late and the host was super accommodating and met us in person at 1 in the morning! We were soooo appreciative of the food he left for us and it made the following morning so great to be able to have coffee and breakfast without having to go find a market. It’s things like this that really make a difference for us. Unfortunately for us the weather was not great but I would imagine it would be awesome to spend time in the pool in the warmer months. We come to Crete every year, and will definitely come back to this villa!

The location is a good 15 minutes walk into town and a further 10 minutes to the central square. It is downhill from the villa. We enjoyed the stroll and got a taxi back in the evenings. The elevated views from the villa were worth the walk and it would not put us off returning. The pool is not heated so was very cold in October but that did not stop our children from enjoying it. We cannot wait to return to the Olive Tree!
