SunKeramos Retreat is a beautifully designed residence that can accommodate up to six guests, offering a harmonious blend of functionality, comfort, and understated elegance in the peaceful area of Fylaki Apokoronas. On the ground floor, the villa features two carefully arranged bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed that can be converted to twin beds upon request, and the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. On this level, there is a communal bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, in a separate area next to the main entrance of the villa, guests will f ind a fully equipped enclosed kitchen, designed to provide practicality and flexibility for meal preparation in a comfortable setting, along with an extra communal bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen features a large folding aluminum door that creates a seamless transition between the cooking area and the outdoor pool area, and a kitchen island with 2 stools. The first floor offers a bright and welcoming living area, perfect for gathering and unwinding. A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for a seamless self-catering experience, with a dining table for up to 8 guests, while a communal bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures convenience. Completing the layout is a charming loft that is open-plan and forms an elevated extension of the living area. The loft is accessed via a staircase and features two single beds (open air bedroom). Lastly, the first floor provides a balcony with a dining table and partial sea and mountain views.

SunKeramos Retreat offers a beautifully designed outdoor environment where guests can fully embrace relaxation and the authentic charm of Crete. Outdoors, guests will find a swimming pool that can be heated upon request, perfect for enjoying refreshing moments throughout the day. A comfortable daybed invites you to unwind under the Cretan sun, while sunbeds and umbrellas are thoughtfully arranged around the pool area to ensure comfort and shade. An outdoor shower is also available for added convenience. The exterior space further features a spacious dining area with a pergola, ideal for al fresco meals in a shaded and relaxing setting. A gas BBQ is provided for preparing delicious lunches or evening dinners, allowing guests to enjoy memorable dining experiences in the garden surrounded by nature. The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days` advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost.
