An autonomous, private, and luxurious villa is located on a hilltop in an amazing sea-view village in Kalyves. Royal Bird Villa is a three-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor, with twin-size beds.

On the ground floor, the open-plan space area offers direct access to the pool area. The real heart of the home is the open plan living area with a f ireplace and the scenery is completed with a kitchen with a modern design and all the necessary amenities for easy preparation of meals. There is also a dining space where you could enjoy your meals gazing at the sea. On the same floor, you can find a communal bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, one of them offers two single beds, one bedroom with a king-size bed and the third bedroom provides a king-size bed. One of the bedrooms offers a hydro-massage Jacuzzi bath. All of the bedrooms onthe upper floor offer a unique sea view from the balconies.

On the lower level, there is a gym for anyone who wants to keep up with their workout routine. Furthermore, in the same area, there is a sauna room where you can relax and a shower room.

The outdoor swimming pool and the lounge space are the spots where you can rustle up a cocktail or relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset on the sun loungers and on the double day bed. Pretty close to the pool area there is a dining table and a well-organized BBQ area for festive culinary nights under the starlight sky. The garden around the villa makes you feel that you are living in heaven.

The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26- 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days` advance notice for this facility.

Don`t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa for two cars and there is an EV charger. Accessibility From the parking area to the main door of the indoor space, there is a path without stairs. In addition, inside the villa, there is an elevator to move from one floor to another.
