The villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 10 people in 350 sqm and it extends over 3 levels. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a comfortable fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and a comfortable living room. The kitchen area is designed to be fully functional and practical especially for guests who enjoy cooking . Note that they are located in an open and spacious space making it ideal for happy moments with your loved ones. Going up the stairs you will find the bedroom with ensuite bathroom, double bed and armchair-sofa. The view it offers is of the garden. Going down the stairs you will find the other three bedrooms where they are on the same level with the street . One of them has a double bed with ensuite bathroom and a wardrobe room. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be joined. These three bedrooms have a 43 inch TV.

Overall all bedrooms offer A/C, fan , blackout curtains and a dressing table where it can be used as an office. The villa offers on the basement level a fitness treadmill, rowing water, exercise mat and dumbbell base. Finally, it has a sauna with hydro-massage as well as a small shower and bathroom.

The exterior offers a lush green landscape with sea views. It has an 76sqm heated swimming pool, even providing the possibility for young guests to swim safely. In the pool you will find sunbeds, pool umbrellas, outdoor shower and WC. There is even a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area for up to 10 people.

As our esteemed guest at the villa, you will have exclusive access to all the indoor and outdoor facilities, which are sure to make your stay a luxurious and memorable one. This includes an 76 square meter heated swimming pool (extra charge) with a separate children`s section, fitness machines in the basement, and a sauna with hot tub that`s available throughout the day. An amazing house, from hosts to small treatments

We had a great two weeks. The Chef made us discover the Greek culinary specialties, Maria the masseuse gave us an unforgettable massage and the whole of the team was attentive to all our requests. The city is full of charm, excellent restaurants and heavenly beaches. A great stay. I recommend 1000%.
