    Great space, spotlessly clean, decor ace, great facilities, great location. No basic supplies on arrival - in other apartments/villas we have stayed in we have had basic supplies such as milk, water, juice, etc to get us through the first day. Having arrived late at night, this would have been useful. We have informed the owners of this. Also, air con didn’t work first night. However, the manager came out next morning and fixed it. Said there had been a power cut a few days before, so maybe in future someone checking these things on day of arrival for new guests would eliminate such issues.

    5.00 - ”Tolle große Wohnung mitten in Agios Nikolaos”
    Wunderschöne riesige Wohnung mitten in Agios Nikolaos. Alles in Laufnähe (Zentrum, Hafen, Strände im Ort, Shops, Supermarkt). Sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Schöne ruhige Terrasse zum Essen. Zur Vorderseite ein schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen und das Treiben auf der Straße. Die Ausstattung kann man schon als „luxuriös“ aber trotzdem praktikabel bezeichnen. Man fühlt sich trotzdem wie Zuhause. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen und es weiterempfehlen. Die Parksituation in der Hauptsaison ist nicht einfach. Man kann aber zumindest am Taxistand vor dem Haus ein- und ausladen. Da ist immer Platz.

    Praticamente la casa dei sogni. Residenza appena ristrutturata, bellissima, spaziosa direttamente sul porto di Agios Nikolaos. Il soffitto altissimo con travi a vista e le tre finestre sul porto conferiscono un carattere difficilmente replicabile altrove. Ampio backyard attrezzato con salottini e dotato di tutto il necessario per cene all’aperto. Arredata con tutto ciò che serve e anche di più, anche per un soggiorno prolungato. Una casa dove una famiglia potrebbe tranquillamente vivere. Abbiamo “faticato” al momento di andarcene.

    What can I say? Everything is perfect. Very central house with direct sea view. Large spaces, all new and clean. There was nothing missing. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which had a whirlpool. There is also a third double bed on a mezzanine, which we did not use. I would definitely go back.
