The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living room, featuring a sofa and a 65-inch smart TV for entertainment. This floor also houses three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and two with queen-size beds, all equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning for ultimate comfort. The fully equipped kitchen on this level allows for easy meal preparation and has direct access to the outdoor spaces and the inviting swimming pool.

First Floor:

Upstairs, you will find four more bedrooms, with one offering a king-size bed and the others with queen-size beds. This floor also includes a convenient kitchenette, a designated workspace, and a cozy living area with a sofa and two armchairs plus a 50 inches smart TV. A large balcony overlooks the swimming pool and offers breathtaking views of Souda Bay. This outdoor space is furnished with comfortable seating, providing an ideal spot for relaxation.
