4.80 - ”Antonis‘ appartment is worth it‘s money without doubt! ”
Highly modern, clean, great private location but still not even 10 minutes to walk into the center of Agios Nikolaos. Free parking in front of the appartment, great amenities and a well equipped kitchen! Can recommend everyone to stay at this place when visiting Agios!

4.40 - ”Decent stay, mostly comfortable but very basic. Attention to a few things would make this property much more comfortable.”
it was clean and mostly decent. although our stay was mostly comfortable, there are a few things the hosts can do to improve our stay. I wouldn’t say this property is luxury because it lacks those little touches to make the stay truly comfortable and convenient. As a result I don’t think it’s worth the price.
The property did not have an iron or ironing board. However the owner was contacted and he was kind enough to bring one to us. Nevertheless the lack of ironing board made it inconvenient. There was no sugar or laundry detergent. I think it’s common sense to have these provided as it’s not convenience for people on holiday to buy these things for short stays. As a result the washing machine being there was pointless. We ended up buying the sugar and leaving it behind at the property. For a property at this price and named as ‘luxury’ these items should be present as it is provided in other properties similar to this.
There were no extra pillows or blankets as a result sometimes sleep was sometimes uncomfortable due to this.
We were only given one toilet roll. A property we had previously stayed in nearby for a short stay provided water, sachets of milk and cake on arrival and had sugar, tea, coffee, laundry detergent, extra blankets and extra pillows. Additionally they provided us with enough toilet roll to last our stay. I think these types of additional touches would make this place more comfortable and would justify the price. The sleeping area had stuffy air and the aircon did not really reach up to the sleeping area. There were building works outside early almost every morning which woke us up. This isn’t the fault of the property owner/host however if this is an ongoing situation in the area, the windows could be sound proofed. Please make no mistake our stay was convenience and decent but it was very basic and we could have gotten the same thing if not more for a less expensive place.

4.40 - ”Δωμάτια σε τέλεια τοποθεσία με δυνατότητα βελτίωσης”
Καινούριο δωμάτιο με ωραία διακόσμηση. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλες τις συσκευές. Άνετα κρεβάτια (ακόμα και ο τεράστιος καναπές κρεβάτι). Πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Βολική και ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Με 10' περπάτημα είσαι στο κέντρο και σε2' στον ΒΟΑΚ. Εάν άνοιγε το πάνω παράθυρο δεν θα χρειαζόταν AC. Η κουρτίνα το εμποδίζει. Θα ήταν ωραία πινελιά στην κουζίνα να υπήρχαν πιάστρες φούρνου (θέμα ασφάλειας) χαρτί κουζίνας και ίσως μια Nespresso μηχανή (luxury!). Επίσης στα πλαίσια της Κρητικής φιλοξενίας ένα νερό στο ψυγείο θα κέρδιζε πόντους. Ίσως και ένα set λαδοξυδο+αλάτι πιπέρι. Κάτω από την σκάλα θα βόλευε ακόμα μια ντουλάπα
