Tolles Appartement in extrem lauter Nachbarschaft

Sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Top sauber. Schlüsselsafe außen (man muss zum Strand also keine Wertsachen mitnehmen). Große Küche anständig ausgestattet . Moderne Wohnung. Äußerst schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister und wenn etwas nicht funktioniert immer sofortige Reaktionen - top. Leider ist die Straße extrem laut, die Fenster sind top-modern und dicht, aber der Krach ist so groß dass man das Gefühl hat ein LKW fährt durch den Flur. Direkt gegenüber ist ein irischer Pup der bis 3Uhr morgens Vollgas gibt und auf der anderen Seite eine Spielehalle für Kids mit Daddelautomaten (Dingelingeling in 70dB). Die Nachbarschaft ist leider so laut (und wir waren in der Nebensaison dort) dass die super nette Terrasse ungenutzt blieb. Auf der Dachterrase ist es etwas besser. Schade, an Erholung nicht zu denken. Was auch sehr enttäuschend war, dass die Betten keine Doppelbetten sind, wie bei Booking angegeben sondern schmälere französische Doppelbetten. Auf meine Anfrage vor der Buchung kam leider keine Antwort und so verlässt man sich dann auf die Aussagen bei booking.com Wir haben den Urlaub in getrennten Schlafzimmern verbracht.

Highly recommended

We enjoyed the week spent in the apartment Medusa and recommend it to people without disabilities (3 levels with stairs connecting the different levels). The terrace is beautiful, with beach views and surrounding buildings, the kitchen is very well-equipped, especially in August at more than 35 degrees, the air conditioning was operational and powerful. We hope to come back also for the beach located 100 meters away is perfect: small beach with clear and warm waters. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for everything!

We had some wonderful days in Agios N. Everything worked great and we got quick and good help when we needed it with tips on good restaurants and day trips. The apartment is about 150 m2(?). Feel free to write it on the listing Airy and great And with Two large terraces. Upstairs probably 40m2!!!

Amazing place

Medusa Place was an amazing Airbnb find! It’s perfectly located to take advantage of all Agios Nikolaos has to offer and a great place for families with younger children. Communication with Antonia was clear and direct. The place itself was roomy, sparkling clean and had a pleasant modern decor. We also appreciated the well equipped kitchen and ample pantry. We had a lovely time and recommend Medusa Place whole heartedly!

What a fabulous apartment!

It is immaculately clean, spacious and modern. It is set over 2 floors including a whole bedroom suite with a second large private balcony on the top floor. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to everywhere - beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, the lake, taxis etc. Communication with Antonis and the owner Stavros was easy and professional. Do not hesitate to book this property, you won’t regret it.

Very nice and brand-new big apartment

Very nice and brand-new big apartment in the center of Ag. Nikolaos next to the beach. There are two big balconies with excellent view of the sea. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, especially the one on the top floor that is like a separate apartment! The house is well equipped with everything and you can find whatever else you need within the distance of 100m. Our stay was really amazing! Highly recommended place!
