The house had everything we needed and absolutely amazing views.
The amenities including plenty of sparkling white fluffy towels and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a fridge stocked with all the essentials and a welcome cake were top notch.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property and host.

The house is absolutely stunning, with an amazing view of the sea. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought through. It also has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

What truly made this place exceptional, though, was Irene. She is one of the kindest hosts we have ever met and genuinely went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
We were travelling with our toddler, and she even made extra preparations to ensure our little one was comfortable, which we appreciated very much.

There is simply no better place to stay. If Airbnb allowed it, I would happily give this property 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday and we hope to come back one day!

The villa was like the photos and the view was great. Antonis has always been very responsive in our exchanges before and during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alex and who was a great help during our stay for a medical concern. The villa is incredibly comfortable, like a hotel, and the fridge was filled for our arrival. All these little touches made us feel at home. Thanks to Antonis, Alex and Irene.

It feels luxurious and the size was just right for our family of five. We liked every every piece of it - the villa, the deck, the heated pool, the view, locally produced toiletries etc. Irene is accessible at any time of the day and is very helpful with any arising questions. The villa has a unique beachfront location with clean and turquoise water. The tavern across the road has delicious fish dishes (we did try various restaurants along the coast, but eventually came back to dining in the tavern). Even though we went on to a seaside villa in a different country, we come in our minds to this place.

This is a beautiful house with a magical setting - sweeping stunning views of the bay -really breathtaking. The house is very well stocked with fresh and dry goods and includes really nice touches like a baked cake and hotel type amenties (shower gels, soaps, sewing kits and luxury feel towels and robes). The house itself is beautifully designed and furnished. It basically feels like a 5 star boutique hotel. Really stunning. The location is excellent, close to restaurants in the town and a great beach club that we really enjoyed (Amoodi). The one point to be aware is that this is more of a house for adults less for kids and really only for 2 couples. the third sleep area is basically like a loft/storage eves of the house that has a bed in it. I am very short and i could not stand there without bumping my head - fine for young kids but not for anyone over 140 cm approx!!!

We felt right at home. Irene welcomed us with a delicious cake and filled the fridge. Irene and Antonis were always available in an unobtrusive, warm manner. They were extremely attentive and paid attention to small details. The house is very elegantly furnished. It is a five-star hotel with the privacy of a holiday home, with a wonderful view of the bay. There are two large bedrooms with balconies and a sleeping loft under the roof. It has everything you need for your holiday. There is also a cleaning service. The garden is beautiful with olive and carob trees, which provide lovely shade. The swimming pool is well maintained and offers an incredible view of the bay. a small tavern is nearby serving traditional Greek food. We ate there once and it was delicious. The town centre is a few minutes' drive away with very good restaurants and cafés. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

She even went the extra mile by arranging reservations for us — her attention to detail and hospitality were truly next-level. Honestly, she’s better than a 5-star hotel concierge! This place is perfect for families looking to relax, enjoy scenic boat trips, and explore nearby islands. It’s all about quality time, comfort, and great experiences. The villa has 2 bedrooms with a very low ceiling open space with double bed at the top of the house. It can sleep up to 6 but I would say it would be more comfortable for 4. Showers are fab. There's a secured gate and parking. The kitchen is very well stocked and there's a great BBQ in the garden. Cleaners came to change bedding and towels once while we were there. The owner Irene looks after you during your stay and is absolutely lovely and happy to help with everything. She is was so kind and stocked the fridge with lots of supplies on our arrival which was very appreciated. The villa is well designed and very new. There's a tavern across the road that is quite popular, we ate there once, but it wasn't for us, the local town has lots of nice restaurants so you won't need to cook if you don't want to. There's a local shop just a one minute drive or 10 minute walk away or a big supermarket just 12 mins drive.

hey organised a taxi to pick us up and a car to be delivered to the villa which took all the hassle out of travelling with children. The villa was beautiful and there was a nice little Taverna opposite and an easy drive into the town. Will def be staying again.

The location is just perfect: a short walk to the beach, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea from the sunny terrace every morning. The interior is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, making the relaxation even more enjoyable. The equipment is complete (well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, efficient air conditioning) and we have everything we need. A big thank you to our host for his warm welcome and advice on the best restaurants and spots to discover nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic setting to recharge by the water.

Irene, our host helped from the minute our feet hit the ground. She was there upon arrival offering a quick tour and helpful suggestions. She filled the fridge and pantry with snacks and breakfast items for us for the next morning. Not to mention homemade marmalade and marble cake. The kitchen was very well stocked, She then contacted us daily to help with restaurant recommendations, tips on things to do and researching ideas for us to make sure we had a good time. The villa had beautiful furniture, was pristinely clean (and I am picky about this). Bathrooms had everything you would need with nice quality linens. It was the best airbnb experience I have ever had. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Irene for making my first trip to Greece so fantastic!

This property and our experience was absolutely fantastic. Strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury house in Crete. Starting off - the hosts met us at the property when we arrived (just gave them a heads up when we were 30min away). They showed us around the house, and then were available throughout the stay via Whatsapp to provide advice / recommendations that we may have wanted during our stay. They also left us the most amazing groceries for our arrival, which was so thoughtful and made our settling in (we arrived fairly late) so much easier. The pool was as beautiful as the pictures. Very relaxing overlooking the sea. The outdoor grill and table was great - we BBQ'd and sat outside most evenings. Inside is brand new and gorgeously appointed. Very architecturally and well designed. The property was very clean and had everything you needed to have a great stay, including some outdoor speakers to provide some nice vibey music whilst we were in the pool or BBQing. The location is close to Agios Nikolaos (5-10min drive), so very easy to pop into town to explore, get food / groceries, and we also did a yacht trip from the port one day. Very easy to get to. All in all, we LOVED our stay here. It was the perfect relaxing end to our holiday.

The place was awesome! Better than described. Immaculate, well stocked, beautiful views and a gorgeous pool. The home has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation. The hosts go above and beyond with providing local information, meeting you upon arrival, and stocking the place with essentials. The local beach next to the home is great, with calm waters, great snorkelling and sandy beaches. I already miss hearing the ocean from every room in the house! Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

Our stay in Agios Nikolas was incredible!!! The home was incredibly high end with beautiful design elements but still comfortable enough so we could relax. You can walk to the beach and there’s a great local restaurant right across the street. It is a quiet town, great for families or anyone who wants to find a Greek island destination that’s not too overcrowded. My favorite part though, was the host! He made us feel like we were a part of the family from the moment we arrived. He helped with reservations and recommendations at local restaurants, he equipped the house with basic needs like coffee and milk, and he even helped me get medicine for my jellyfish sting (SUPER rare for Greece in case you’re wondering, so no need to worry). He was so helpful and went above and beyond in every way. 1,000/10 I would recommend this home to anyone who might want to have a slice of paradise for a little while. Thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful stay. We had such a great time at the Linium Villa. The hosts were incredible and the villa was as described. Everything was as described and everyone was so helpful in booking extra things for us to do and see, we will be back again. Would highly recommend x

Beautiful and pristine Villa. The owner and hosts were incredibly helpful, came quickly with any issue, and all in all went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. Antonis’s wife Patra hooked us up with primo tour guides who added immensely to the amazing experience. We will definitely be back!!

The location is fantastic and the villa has everything you need. The host hasn’t compromised on quality either — the linens are soft, the beds are comfortable, the curtains are black out, the appliances are brand new — and she stocked the kitchen cupboards with all the basic needs! On top of it, she was incredibly warm and helpful, and was always available to answer questions. The villa is much closer to the beach than it looks in the pictures. It’s literally a stones throw away. The only thing we’d call out is that the attic room is what it appears to be in the photos, it has a really low ceiling and isn’t ideal for adults but it’s fine for teenagers. Younger kids will need to be careful of the open staircase. We have two kids (ages 2 and 4) and we managed just fine but it’s worth mentioning.
