Imperium Villa Ostria is a brand new, detached, three-storey villa of the finest quality, located in Kalamaki, a western suburb of Chania. In a 2-acre, privately owned land and a 15’ drive from the city of Chania city, the villa is opening its doors to guests who are looking for privacy, state of the art amenities and 5-star facilities. The villa, designed to a tee, is made for large groups looking for pleasurable, comfortable and unforgettable moments.

The villa is located at the privileged neighborhood of Kalamaki, a lush green suburb of Chania, 5km west of Chania’s city center and very close to the beach.

The villa boasts exceptional amenities and first class facilities by giving a lot of attention to detail and quality, both indoors and outdoors, because we aim only at offering the best to our guests. Experiences As a way of celebrating our Cretan roots, our way of life, our customs and our land`s goods, we are bringing together a vision that is still cooking. Our goal is to offer the entire estate as a venue for special events and to set up an up-scale wine cellar which will serve a wide range of local wines. Until then, we have equipped our wine coolers with enticing wines for you to taste and appreciate.

The villa spreads on three floors starting from the lower floor all the way up to the 1st floor, measuring a total of 200m2. On the ground floor one will find an open plan layout that includes, the living space with its large sliding doors, a corner sofa, a 50” LG smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and the dining area suitable for 8-10 guests. On the same floor there is one king sized bedroom, with direct access to the garden and pool via a balcony door, as well as a queen sized bedroom with garden views from the balcony doors. Both bedrooms feature a 32” LG Smart TV and A/C. Last space on the ground floor is a shared bathroom with a large, glass shower cabin with granite countertop basin. Ascending a beautiful wooden staircase you are found on the first floor which features a master, king sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A sliding glass door leads to a very large glass framed, furnished terrace which overlooks the blue sea, Thodorou Island and the White Mountains. Taking down the stairs, one is found in the lower floor which is another great addition to the villas with two extra guest bedrooms (twin & queen) and two extra bathrooms with large, glass shower cabins and granite countertop basins. On this level you will also find the complementary rooms such as the fitness room, the secondary living room, the spa room (sauna & Jacuzzi) and the laundry facilities.

The villa has an indoor home gym, a Jacuzzi spa bath for five persons, a cedar, charcoal stone Sauna for 6 persons, LG flat screen T.V.s in each bedroom and living room, outdoor lounge areas, outdoor dining area, BBQ, parking space, playground.
