Imbros Villas are three private, luxurious, and autonomous villas (two 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom villa), set in the charming village of Imbros in the Sfakia Region of Chania. The villas are located in the foothills of the Lefka Oroi at an altitude of 780 meters in the homonymous plateau, at the road from Askyfou to Sfakia. Guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of a rural setting. The location offers endless opportunities for hiking, exploration, and cultural immersion. Imbros Villas offers a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and stunning natural beauty.

Villa I

The villa spans approximately 80 sqm of indoor living space and 90sqm of outdoor area, making it ideal for groups or families. Villa I features a spacious open-plan living area, where guests can relax on a comfortable sofa while enjoying modern amenities such as a 50’ Smart TV with satellite channels. Large sliding doors provide access to private terraces or the pool area, creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The villa has a fully functional kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area offers a welcoming space for shared meals. An extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living area upon request at an extra cost. The sofa is comfortable for both adults and children as the size is 1.10*2.20m. The ground level of the villa includes one beautifully designed bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to the yard. This bedroom offers a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.

The upper level features an additional bedroom with twin-size beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request, which offers a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. A bathroom with a shower is available on this level for convenience.

Villa II

The villa spans approximately 70 sqm of indoor living space and 93sqm of outdoor area, making it ideal for groups or families. Villa II features a spacious open-plan living area, where guests can relax on a comfortable sofa while enjoying modern amenities such as a 50’ Smart TV with satellite channels. Each villa offers its own private outdoor space, where a swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a BBQ area create the perfect environment for relaxation and al fresco dining. The outdoor dining table is designed to accommodate all guests, and the pool area is ideal for cooling off while taking in the breathtaking views. An outdoor shower is also available to refresh after a swim. Lastly, free street parking ensures that guests have everything they need for a hassle-free stay.

*The swimming pool of each villa can be heated upon request free of charge from April to June and from September to November at approximately 26-27 degrees celcius, depending on weather conditions. We kindly request a 5-day advance notice for this facility.
