Himmel Villas is a complex of two independent villas situated in Kaliviani, Chania. Each villa can accommodate up to 5 guests.The villas offers uninterrupted views of the Cretan Sea and is ideal for guests seeking tranquillity, comfort, and privacy. They have modern design, soft colours, and open layout create a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfectly suited for a peaceful stay in Western Crete.

Himmel Villa 1

The villa is spread over two levels and features two bedrooms on the upper floor. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony with sea views. A shared modern bathroom with a shower serves this floor.

On the ground floor, guests will find a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart Satellite TV, and direct access to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, and the dining area is suitable for family meals. A second shared bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.

Himmel Villa 2

The upper floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony with sea views. A shared bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart Satellite TV, and direct access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes all essential appliances, and the dining area completes the interior space. A second shared bathroom with a shower is available on this floor for added convenience. The villa’s modern architecture, minimal décor, and floor to ceiling openings create a light and airy atmosphere with beautiful sea views throughout.

The outdoor area of both villas features a private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, offering a relaxing space to enjoy the Cretan sun. A gas BBQ and an outdoor dining area for six guests provide the perfect setting for outdoor meals with panoramic sea and sunset views. Private parking is also available.

Himmel Villas complex is located in the coastal village of Kalyviani, just a short distance from Falassarna Beach and a short drive from Balos Lagoon. Local tavernas, beaches, and attractions are easily accessible, offering both privacy and convenience.

*From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
