Elounda Katikia is a brand new luxury house located exactly opposite the beautiful Sandy Beach of Skisma & just 50 metres from the Centre of Elounda with Its bars, restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. Directly opposite you will also find on the edge of the sandy beach a fantastic children’s playground.

The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with room for an extra person in the living area. It has a maximum occupancy of 5 adults.

With one double bedroom and one bedroom which can be either twin or double plus a luxury sofa bed in the living area the house has maximum comfort for everyone. A choice of pillows are available, with luxurious bed linen and plenty of space for all your holiday essentials to be stored away we have everything you need. All rooms are with a Flat Screen Satellite TV with Netflix available. The main bathroom is complimented with a bathtub and the second bathroom with a shower.

Bathroom amenities including soap, shampoo and shower gel are complimentary and will be available throughout your stay, Towels for the bath are provided.

A full kitchen is available for your unlimited use & comes complete with Full Oven, Hobs, Kettle, Nespresso Machine ( capsules provided ), and all utensils for your stay. A large dining table is situated in the kitchen area with seating for up to 6 people… with fantastic views and lots of natural lights it’s the perfect area to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Living area has a large corner sofa- which can be used as a bed if required, with TV and stunning Sea Views from the large windows. Our last area to tell you about is the large balcony. With spectacular views and our beautiful outdoor jacuzzi its easy to say this is the Icing on the Cake. The Jacuzzi comfortably seats 3 people, and can be used with hot or cold water which is perfect to compliment our summer season & weather.

With brand new modern amenities & appliances in the house, comfortable rooms & great living space the house is a perfect place to enjoy as a couple, with friends or family.

If you are arriving late into the evening – or would like shopping done before your arrival, please let us know and we will personally shop for you- Fresh products will be purchased on the day of arrival for you… and will be waiting for you.

*** Baby Facilities can be provided- meeting your specific needs- a cot/ changing mat, baby buggy & high chair are available.

Please let us know if there is something else you may need to make your stay easier and we will do our best to ensure the extras you need are provided.

Transfers from the airport can be arranged for you – with either Coach / Private Taxi or Luxury Mini bus, just let us know and we will advise of the costs for you.

5.00 - ”WoW!!!”

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire à la Villa. L’emplacement est idéal, face à la mer, au dessus d’un très bon restaurant et dans le superbe village d’Elounda! L’appartement est très luxueux et super propre. Notre hôte a été fantastique, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande fortement cet appartement!

5.00 - ”beautiful home ”

The home is as beautiful as the pictures with a wonderful location in the heart of the village and with very easy parking. The facilities were fantastic modern stylish with a wonderful outdoor space. Michael the owner of the property was a superb host who cared deeply about our stay with great welcome gifts selecting all uk channels and making sure everything worked well. His selection of restaurants and beach recommendations were also spot on. I will definitely return and look forward to coming back to this fantastic spot again.
