The luxury villa sits on 4000 square meters of land with a private pool is a unique spot to experience the real Crete, while also being a short drive from the city center and tourist areas. The 400 sq.m. villa it is fully furnished in an elegant style and is also designed to take advantage of the natural light coming from outside, creating a pleasant atmosphere for the whole house. It can accommodate guests in five very comfortable bedrooms, two of whichhave en-suite bathrooms.

Guests can use the elevator for easy access to the bedrooms. Our property offers two spacious living rooms with a 55' smrt tv each, indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with high quality fixtures and appliances. Outside guests can use a private pool and enjoy the view of the sea and the sunset. Moreover guests can use the outdoor gym and barbeque. Guests will have access and complete privacy to all indoor and outdoor spaces! There is also a pool table, Ping Pong table for our guests. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
